Metamorphagel Compensation Plan Enhancements Announced

Today, Agel President and COO, Scott Bocklund, announced enhancements to the Agel Worldwide Compensation Plan to bring it in line with the plan currently used in select international markets. "This plan has proven very successful in Southeast Asia," Bocklund commented. "It allows team members to start earning more, faster and adds an additional bonus to the package. There are now 9 ways to earn compensation with Agel."

There are 3 basic enhancements in the new plan, effective immediately:
1. The new plan introduces a new rank below that of Manager. The new rank is called "Supervisor" and requires at least 1,000 CV in the lesser leg.

2. The new plan extends participation in the Leveraged Matching Bonus to all ranks (including Senior Manager, Manager, and Supervisor) according to the following schedule:

3. The new plan adds an entirely new bonus called the "Rank Advancement Pool." Each month one percent of the Global Company CV is distributed among Team Members who qualify at Supervisor, Manager, or Senior Manager. This is a weighted bonus based on rank. Supervisor = 2 shares, Manager = 3 shares, Senior Manager = 4 shares. An additional one half percent of the Global Company CV is also distributed among those who qualify at Director or Regional Director. Director = 1 share, Regional Director = 2 shares.

As part of the new plan rollout, Agel is also, effective immediately, raising the overall compensation cap from 50% of Commissionable Volume (CV) to 51%. "That will mean millions and millions of dollars in additional payouts this year," added EVP of Global Sales, Jeff Higginson. "This is huge!"
