The 2010 Cruise Promotion is ON!

It's the 2010 Agel Cruise Promotion! And YES we do mean CRUISE....

Last year is a distant memory—except that everyone who qualified for Cancun last year is automatically qualified for the 2010 Cruise, how cool is that?!

The New Year is UPON us....

And 2010 means you and a partner watching the coastline change from Spain to France to Italy and then back again from the comfort of your luxury balcony cabin aboard the Adventure of the Seas. It means...

• sampling the Art Nouveau architecture, swinging nightlife, and incredible cuisine of Barcelona...
• then strolling the ship's own Royal Promenade at 3 in the morning and watching the moon sparkle off Mediterranean waters.
• testing the waters, beaches, shopping treasures, and quaint fishing villages of the French Riviera...
• then playing 9 holes of golf on board.

How do you get there?
This year there are four levels and the rules are simple....

Conquerors Class, Level 1 entitles you to...
1.    a Luxury Suite for 2
2.    an Exotic Excursion and Private Dinner with the Agel Management Team
3.    $2,000 spending money
*     You qualify by enrolling 30 people at the Executive Level between November 1, 2009, and January 31, 2010.
*     You earn an additional $2,000 in airfare money by qualifying as a member of the President's Club at least once during the same time period.

Champions Class, Level 2 entitles you to…
1.    a Deluxe Balcony Cabin for 2
2.    an ELITE CLUB special reception with Glen Jensen
*     You qualify by enrolling 20 people at the Executive Level between November 1, 2009, and January 31, 2010.
*     You earn an additional $2,000 in airfare money by qualifying as a member of the President's Club at least once during the same time period.

Victors Class, Level 3 entitles you to…
1.    a Balcony Cabin for 2
*     You qualify by enrolling 16 people at the executive level between November 1, 2009, and January 31, 2010.
*     You earn an additional $1,000 in airfare money by qualifying as a member of the President's Club at least once during the same time period.

Winners Class, Level 4 entitles you to…
1.    a Cabin for 2
*     You qualify by enrolling 12 people at the Executive Level between November 1, 2009, and January 31, 2010.
*     You earn an additional $500 in airfare money by qualifying as a member of the President's Club at least once during the same time period.

Other ways to qualify...

• Qualify as a Quadruple Diamond Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded suite for 4 plus $3,000 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Triple Diamond Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded suite for 4 plus $2,000 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Double Diamond Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded cabin for 2 plus $2,000 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Diamond Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded cabin for 2 plus $1,000 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Corporate Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded cabin for 2 plus $500 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Senior Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded cabin for 2 plus $250 towards airfare
• Qualify as a Regional Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an upgraded cabin for 2
• Qualify as a Director for 3 or more months during the promotion and receive an interior cabin for 2

Any Executive Level enrollment returns will not count toward total enrollment. However, any upgrade from a Personal Pack enrollment to an Executive Level enrollment, including Personal Pack enrollments made prior to November 1, 2009, will count toward total enrollments as long as the upgrade is made before the end of the same month.

Keep in mind, Executive Level enrollments must be maintained through February 28, 2010, in order to remain qualified for each level. For example, if a Team Member personally sponsors 30 executive level enrollments between November 1, 2009, and January 31, 2010, that Team Member must maintain all 30 through February 28, 2010, in order to receive all amenities offered at Level 1. If one enrollment drops out before February 28, 2010, without replacement, that Team Member will then qualify at Level 2.

Qualifying winners must attend in order to receive their prize. No cash prize will be offered to those unable to attend. No transfers or substitutions. Team Members who do not qualify may have an opportunity to purchase a vacation package to the same location on a limited basis.

Qualifying winners will receive a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize awarded and based on the qualifications stated.

Unless otherwise specified, the promotion vacation prizes do NOT include: air transportation, transfers, optional excursions, certain beverages, photographs, gratuities (except as noted), taxes (except as noted), telephone calls, specialty restaurants, purchases from the hotel stores, or items of a personal nature such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments, hair styling or manicures.

Team members must meet all eligibility requirements set in place by the governments of Spain, Italy, and France, i.e. passports and other documentation. Promotion rules, regulations and prizes may differ for Team Members outside of the United States. All terms and conditions are subject to change.
